Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Junior Engineer Public Health to join our team in Bengaluru India. In this role you will contribute to the development and implementation of public health infrastructure projects focusing on improving community health and wellbeing through engineering solutions.
- Assist in the design and planning of public health engineering projects including water supply systems sanitation facilities and waste management infrastructure
- Conduct site surveys and collect data for project planning and analysis
- Utilise CAD software to create technical drawings and plans for public health infrastructure
- Analyse and interpret data related to environmental health factors and community needs
- Support senior engineers in project management and coordination with various stakeholders
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and presentations
- Ensure compliance with local and national environmental health and safety regulations
- Participate in community outreach programmes to educate the public on health and sanitation practices
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented public health engineering solutions
- Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in public health engineering
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering or a related field
- 02 years of experience in public health engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of public health engineering principles and practices
- Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools
- Solid understanding of water and sanitation systems
- Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills
- Familiarity with environmental health and safety regulations
- Knowledge of water quality management and waste management systems
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Relevant certifications in public health engineering (desirable)
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
