Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide technical and operational supports to endusers.
Provide administrative support including maintenance contract renewal user accounts assets and licensing management.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve network application and system issues as part of network responsibilities.
Manage and maintain networking functionality with inhouse and vendor developed applications.
Manage and coordinate with endusers for system and tools access change request UAT and Production deployment.
Assist in requirement gathering analysis development and implementation of network
Assist in IT audit or certification process where it pertains to network and security
Documentations including process/workflow diagrams electronic records filing etc.
Provide regional/local operations project and subject matter support to network LAN/WAN (Primarily CISCO based and SDWAN)
Provide regional/local operations project and subject matter support to network security (Firewalls and SDWAN)
Contribute to regional network and security design work (Site topology AWS Cloud SaaS products)
