Job Description
- Responsible for managing local assets. Assist with the undertaking of asset condition and compliance audits and the effective management of information.
- Assist with the development of asset management plans for all asset classes.
- Assist with valuation of infrastructure and property asset.
- Coordinates with property managers brokers and other third parties.
- Actively participate and assist in delivery of maintenance management systems. Coordinate with Facility Management team.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or Economics
- Masters or MBA preferred
- 8 years of real estate experience with large mixeduse developers
- Prior real estate experience and indepth knowledge of the local real estate market
- Knowledge of asset management requirements.
