The primary responsibility of the Education Sales Consultant is to engage with potential learners understand their needs and aspirations and guide them through the sales process to convert them into enrolled students.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle learners enquiries on course information and schedule as well as subsidy eligibility.
- Provide endtoend support on grant administration i.e. application checking of status and finally notification on grant approval.
- Drive the sale of workshops programs and Diploma courses from various training providers in the region (Singapore Malaysia Hong Kong UK).
- Support the warming up of leads via telemarketing and/or direct email marketing channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor offerings and government policies related to education and training.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline and performance metrics to management.
- Drive enrolment via canvasing method at our roadshows from time to time.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the education or training sector.
- Candidate with no prior experience in this industry may be considered
- Resultsoriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of governmentfunded education programs and eligibility criteria.
- Singapore Citizen only
