Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients in the Singapore market.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling networking and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their invoicing challenges.
- Provide excellent customer service addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to customize solutions based on their specific requirements.
- Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
- Develop a deep understanding of our invoice interchange platform.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features.
- Address client concerns and objections effectively positioning our solutions as valuable assets.
- Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the endtoend sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
- Track and report on sales performance providing regular updates to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of invoicing processes and financial technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 23 years of successful sales experience.
