Job Description

Company Overview: Our client is a dynamic and innovative fintech company specializing in invoice interchange solutions. Their cuttingedge platform empowers businesses to streamline their invoicing processes optimize cash flow and foster financial efficiency.

Position Summary: We are seeking a resultsdriven and customerfocused Sales Representative to join our clients expanding team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients fostering relationships and promoting their stateoftheart invoice interchange solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Acquisition:

    • Identify and target potential clients in the Singapore market.
    • Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
    • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling networking and referrals.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their invoicing challenges.
    • Provide excellent customer service addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with clients to customize solutions based on their specific requirements.
  3. Product Knowledge and Demonstration:

    • Develop a deep understanding of our invoice interchange platform.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features.
    • Address client concerns and objections effectively positioning our solutions as valuable assets.
  4. Sales Cycle Management:

    • Manage the endtoend sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
    • Track and report on sales performance providing regular updates to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of invoicing processes and financial technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 23 years of successful sales experience.
