Job Description

Join our team as an HR Business Partner where youll leverage your experience collaborating with a Centre of Excellence (CoE) and navigating a global Matrix organization. You will play a crucial role in aligning our HR initiatives with corporate goals partnering with corporate leaders across the Asia region to implement effective Talent & Culture programs. Your expertise will help us drive strategic HR solutions that meet the unique needs of our Singapore office and other Asia domiciles as assigned.

You will utilize your strong knowledge of Human Resources and Industrial Relations principles as well as your familiarity with employment laws across Asia. Youll have the opportunity to execute global HR programs in partnership with our CoE ensuring consistent delivery across multiple regions. Your project management skills will be vital as you lead initiatives and foster collaboration among various business divisions for Accor.

Qualifications :

  • 7 years progressive experience in Human Resources with focus on business partnering talent management and operations across multiple Asia domiciles advantageous 
  • Experience collaborating with a Centre of Excellence or shared service function in a Business Partner or Consultant capacity
  • Understanding and previous experience working in a Matrix organization for a global organisation  
  • Strong knowledge of HR and IR principles practices and employment laws in Singapore and broader Asia domiciles.
  • Proven track record of delivering on global HR solutions in a complex organization
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives across multiple regions and ensure consistent delivery
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR data analytics with the ability to leverage insights

You must be able to obtain full Singaporean working rights to be considered for this role.
