Job Description
Coopers Black Creek
Our client is a proudly Canadian business with experience in processing manufacturing and distributing bulk and packaged food products across North America.They offer a wide range of products confections and other food items that include some of the most recognizable household brands.
The General Labourer role may include cleaning and preparing a job site loading and delivering materials and using a variety of tools and machines..
- Select and palletize as per sales orders
- Delivery of products selected to trucks as directed by the checker or manager
- Put away and rotate daily product that is received
- Daily housekeeping: sweeping and dusting of sales floor backroom and basement; garbage removal; cleaning of kitchen and bathroom; other housekeeping tasks as directed by management
- Assist in all areas as needed by management including basement work and backroom help
- Assist customers when sales staff are busy
- Works safely and follows legislated and established safe work procedures and practices
- Other duties as assigned in adherence to GMP policies
Requirements

- 1 years of experience in similar positions
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication skills.
- Good follow up abilities.
- Problem solving and organizational skills.
- Results oriented with focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Must be available to work full time with no extended personal appointments booked that will interrupt their general work schedule.
- Can not be addicted to their phone
- Ok with normal break times.
- Cannabis and alcohol use at work and on break times on the property is not permitted.
