Build and manage a team of sales professionals and aftersales engineers to drive sales growth and solve clients issues.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. R&D operations) to ensure effective sales execution.
Identify new business opportunities and establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Negotiate and close complex sales deals with key customers ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and budgets to management.
Bachelors degree or above in Engineering Optical Business or related field.
Knowledge in laser or automation technologies especially applications in IT Semicon Display and related industries.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to travel internationally.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Full Time
