This is a remote position.
Part Time
Scheduling: Monday Thursday Friday 20hrs/week Flexible time
Skill level: Undecided wanting to see candidates with 310 years of experience.
Develop implement and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Search.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance providing regular reports and insights.
Help to develop testing backlogs and implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance.
Utilize data and automation to enhance campaign efficiency.
Create data visualizations and indepth reports using tools like Google Data Studio.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ad copy and landing pages.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
Assist with Meta or other paid media advertising campaigns as needed.
Nice to haves (not mandatory)
Google Tag Manager and technical skillset to tag more complex conversion points
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media specifically in search engine marketing.
Proven experience with Google Search Google Things to Do and Google Merchant Center.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like GA4 and Google Sheets utilizing formulas
Ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Certification in Google Ads
Experience with Meta advertising is desirable but not required verification a bonus
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in SEM.
Knowledge of multitouch attribution.
Awareness of data privacy regulations and effect on cookie duration and effect to measurement of channels
Education
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
