Job Description
Bachelors Law Degree (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (JD)
A minimum of 810 years of experience in a legal role preferably within defense advance technology sales and procurements fields and/or investment sector
or a wellreputed international law firm with focus on defense and/or investment fields
Masters degree in business law finance or an MBA with an emphasis on law. Preferred
At least 10 years of experience in a commercial/contracts capacity within the defense finance or investment fields. Preferred
Expertise in defense security procurement sale M&A and R&D.
Knowledge of relevant Intellectual Property laws and corporate governance principles
Strong understanding of financial instruments investment strategies
Mastery in transactional activities
Proficiency in due diligence processes
