Job Description

Position: Spanish Customer Service Agent

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Spanish Customer Service Agent to join our team on a temporary 6month contract. As a Spanish Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our Spanishspeaking clients. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls responding to customer inquiries resolving issues and providing product and service information.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner

Provide exceptional customer service and support to Spanishspeaking clients

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently

Educate customers on products and services offered by our clients

Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain customer records

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets

Continuously update knowledge of company products services and policies

Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal) is a must

Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette

Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle a high volume of calls

Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Must be able to commute to 6th of October City Egypt

Graduates undergrad and gap year

Contract Details:

This is a temporary 2month contract
