Key Duties and Understanding:
All aspects of Veeva CRM configuration and technical/functional performance along with all changes related to ongoing releases and potential system impact.
- Able to conduct requirement gathering sessions and explain Veeva CRM features to business users as well as lead/participate in solution prototyping and guide team.
- Participate in the technical design development and implementation of technology and creative business solutions.
- Responsible for analysis architecture design implementation and support.
- Technically manage the solution and process design configuration and testing.
- Participate in knowledge sharing projects and lead knowledge sharing sessions to actively transfer knowledge across the organization and develop best practices.
- Perform tasks related to daytoday operations such as managing requests incidents handling data loads /migrations and troubleshooting.
- Work in a fastpaced support environment managing tasks and projects and leading all issue resolutions with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.
- Maintain and demonstrate 100% compliance with all written security policies procedures and change management controls
- Proactively monitor services and identify issues
- Maintain uptodate system documentation
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Veeva CRM
- 2 years of experience in Service Cloud
- Familiarity with the Veeva CRM solution stack (including understanding of Lightning Framework and Lightning Design System) preferred
- Must be able to conduct requirements gathering sessions explain Veeva capabilities to business users and lead or participate in solution prototyping
- Experience in performing product feature and requirement fit gap analysis and defining configuration and customization options.
- Ability to create business requirements documents functional requirements documents and traceability matrices.
- Ability to work with technical teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Knowledge of implementation best practices and the ability to collaborate and work with other team members in building/configuring Salesforce solutions. Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Business level Japanese and English
Other Qualifications /Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in using JIRA tool.
- Experience with Veeva Vault .
- Experience and enthusiasm to work in a global delivery environment.
- Ability to work in a team in a diverse /multistakeholder environment.
This job involves extensive sitting and computer work. You must be able to communicate by phone email and facetoface. Business travel may be required.
