Job Summary:
The BHR will partner with the designated functions to achieve the functional goals and HR goal with the leaders. The role also serves as labor management leads such as updating labor policy and a consultant to management on ERrelated issues that especially requires investigation or HR intervention. Through updating the labor policy by aligning with the business priorities our culture and labor laws the role contributes to create a great place to work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnering:
- Act as a trusted consultant and partner to business leaders on all HRrelated matters providing guidance and strategy to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement HR strategies processes and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Labor Relations:
- Oversee labor management including negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements grievance procedures and compliance with labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with all labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Implement and monitor the application of HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations:
- Handle complex employee relations issues including investigations disciplinaries and terminations.
- Guide managers on low performance management processes employee relations and harassment
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Industrial Relations Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner Labour Relations Specialist or similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of Japanese labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong consulting influencing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Fluent Japanese and English skills.
