We are looking for a Quality Control Manager with a passion and will to learn and become an essential part of the company s Operations and Supply Chain team. In this role you will help execute the company s OPS plan by ensuring that all quality control processes and procedures are in place and that all produced products meet the highest quality standard. The ideal candidate is highly motivated passionate about operations and quality control thoughtful organized efficient and a flexible team player with attention to detail.
Your life at MA LYS will look like
Leading coordinating planning implementing and improving QCrelated processes.
Leading CAPA and NC processes within the division.
Suppliers quality management
Coordinating quality audits for new suppliers.
Maintaining and managing a physical and a digital retains library.
Measuring the production s at manufacturers.
Coordinating and validating incoming inspections at manufacturers.
Routine onsite quality inspections for manufacturers and 3PLs.
Ensuring the quality of preshipping packaging.
Managing the revisions of the components during production.
Performing incoming inspection for the inventory that was received at 3PLs.
Ensuring that proper storage conditions for products are maintained.
Lead and manage Change Control process.
Ensuring that product development processes meet the highest quality standard.
Create SOPs for Quality Control and Operations procedures
Requirements :
You will thrive in this role if you have
BA/B.Sc. degree in business or science field.
A minimum of three years of proven experience in a Quality control position and experience working in a GMP environment is an advantage.
Experience in cosmetic product production and development is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Team player with a no task is too small attitude.
Enjoys working in a fastpaced and everchanging environment.
Strong communication skills.
