Compensation: $58000 $70000 base salary

Are you a hospitality professional passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences A growing fullservice restaurant chain seeks a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join their thriving team! Key Responsibilities:- Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Train mentor and motivate staff to achieve highperformance standards.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Oversee inventory management and vendor relationships.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Analyze financial metrics (sales labor inventory) to drive profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations.
- Optimize staff schedules to balance service quality and labor costs.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach to enhance customer loyalty.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an assistant management role within a fullservice restaurant.
- Stability: No more than two employers in the last five years or three in the last nine (exceptions made for restaurant closures/sales).
- Strong leadership organizational and teambuilding skills.
- Exceptional communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Financial acumen including budgeting and inventory management.
- Selfmotivated with a customerfocused approach.
- Ability to engage with the local community to drive sales and build relationships.
