Job Description
Title : SR VOIP Engineer
Location: San Jose CA Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 remote
Duration: : 23 months
Senior level experience with Cisco CUCM and UCCX voice systems. Experience with other cloud voice solutions like Zoom as well.
This includes voice protocols analog systems (like Cisco VG or other vendors like Grandstream).
- Must have experience with Cisco CUCM and UCCX voice Systems
- Main thing keeping system alive making sure everything is healthy on the cisco side
- Zoom experience would be nice to have.
- Cisco CUCM Version 12
- Making sure they are stable.
- Analoggateway exp
