Job Description

Profile: Head Property Acquisitions Manager for Commercial Pre Leased Property

Experience: 03 to 05 years

Job Description:

As a Property Acquisition Head for Commercial Pre Leased Property you will assume a leadership role in our Preleased expansion efforts leveraging your extensive experience and expertise to drive the acquisition of prime properties for our real estate business. With a proven track record spanning 10 years in property acquisition and real estate you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategic growth initiatives. Your indepth industry knowledge negotiation prowess and network of contacts will be key assets as you lead the team in identifying evaluating and securing optimal Property locations.

Roles:

1.Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of the companys property acquisition strategy for Pre Leased expansion aligning it with overall business goals and market trends.

2.Market Insights: Leverage your extensive industry experience to provide valuable insights on market trends emerging opportunities and potential risks to inform decisionmaking.

3.Property Identification: Oversee the identification and evaluation of potential properties for new Pre Leased. Tap into your vast network of industry contacts to source opportunities.

4.Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses including cost projections rental rates property values and ROI assessments to guide informed property acquisition decisions.

5.Negotiation Mastery: Utilize your seasoned negotiation skills to lead highstakes negotiations for lease terms purchase agreements and other contractual arrangements with property owners and landlords.

6.Due Diligence Oversight: Direct the due diligence process ensuring thorough property inspections compliance with zoning regulations and adherence to legal requirements.

7.Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments such as finance design and operations to ensure a smooth transition from property acquisition to store opening.

8.Stakeholder Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with property owners real estate professionals legal teams and industry peers to stay at the forefront of market developments.

Qualification: Any Graduation
