A Sales Manager in commercial preleased properties is responsible for managing the sales of preleased
commercial properties. Their primary role is to oversee the sales process from start to finish including
prospecting qualifying negotiating and closing deals with potential clients.
The key responsibilities of a sales Manager in commercial preleased properties may include:
1. Client management: Developing relationships with clients and maintaining regular
communication to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
2. Sales strategy development: Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed
sales targets and objectives.
3. Deal negotiation: Negotiating deals and contracts with clients including price terms and
conditions.
4. Market analysis: Analyzing market trends competitor activity and customer behavior to
develop and refine sales strategies.
5. Reporting: Preparing regular reports on sales performance including forecasting budgeting
and tracking of key performance indicators.
6. Customer service: Providing exceptional customer service to clients and ensuring their needs
are met throughout the sales process.
The Sales Manager in commercial preleased properties should have excellent communication skills
negotiation skills and a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market. They should also have
a proven track record of sales success and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Allowances:
Petrol Allowance will be provided as per the companys policy.
Food Transportation and accommodation charges will be provided by the company as per the
companys policy. (In case of traveling outside the based location)
Qualification: Any Graduation
