Job Title: Sales Manager – Home Loan & LAP
Location: Dehradun
CTC Upto10LPA
Reports To: Regional Sales Head
Job Overview:
The Sales Manager will drive sales for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) manage a sales team and ensure achievement of targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales of Home Loans & LAP achieving set targets.
- Manage and motivate a sales team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for seamless loan processing.
Qualifications:
- 57 years of experience in Home Loan/LAP sales with 2 years in team leadership.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
