Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking qualified Virginia DCJS Licensed Agents to join our team and provide topnotch security services. We value professionalism reliability and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring Premises: Regularly patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety of the property deter theft and identify any suspicious activity.
Surveillance: Use security cameras and monitoring equipment to observe and report any unusual behavior or incidents.
Access Control: Manage entry and exit points checking identification and credentials to ensure only authorized personnel are allowed access.
Incident Reporting: Document any incidents accidents or security breaches and report them to the appropriate authorities or management.
Emergency Response: Act swiftly in emergencies such as fires medical crises or security threats including contacting law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
Customer Service: Assist visitors and employees by providing directions answering questions and ensuring a positive experience while maintaining security protocols.
Enforcement of Rules: Enforce company policies regulations and procedures addressing any violations in a professional manner.
Communication: Maintain clear communication with team members and management regarding any security concerns or incidents.
Dress Code
Business Casual (Khakis/Slacks & Polo/Button Down). No tactical clothing no allblack clothing or clothing with military or law enforcement logos/emblems.
