Job Description
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
Operational Support:
Provide comprehensive operational support to ensure the effective execution of renewable energy projects aligning with the companys strategic objectives.
Provide comprehensive operational support to ensure the effective execution of renewable energy projects aligning with the companys strategic objectives.
Coordination and Monitoring:
Closely monitor project progress and coordinate with the corporate team to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across all project stages.
Project Supervision:
Oversee the development and implementation of new renewable energy projects and Project Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
Reporting to Senior Management:
Report directly to senior management delivering insights and updates on project status challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Strategic and Tactical Assistance:
Assist in all strategic and tactical matters related to project development and implementation contributing to decision making processes and strategic planning.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks associated with project execution and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor project teams fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration to drive successful project outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders including clients regulatory bodies and community representatives to build support and facilitate project implementation.
