Job description Payroll and Benefits Administration
The Payroll and Benefits Administrator will oversee accurate payroll processing ensure compliance with statutory requirements manage employee benefits and support the overall employee experience. This role requires a high level of accuracy attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
Payroll and Statutory Administration
- Responsible for timely and accurate input for payroll processing.
- Maintain and update payroll records including employee data salaries deductions bonuses and other adjustments in local HR system
- Responsible to work with statutory partner for all statutory filing inputs like statutory bonus employment exchange requirements NPS PF etc..
- Support employees in NPS PF transfer and VPF etc..
- Assist in audits by providing payroll statutory and benefits documentation as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes affecting payroll and benefits.
Benefits Administration
- Responsible for endtoend leave management like leave grant accruals encashment
- Coordinate with benefits providers (insurance wellness etc..) to ensure accurate and seamless services
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and concerns.
Employee life cycle management
- End to end management of exit process for employees
- Handle Background verification process for exited employees
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance and labor laws related to payroll and benefits.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively support employees and coordinate with external partners
