Your responsibilities :
Preferred candidate profile
* Graduates preferably MBAs with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience; candidates with higher experience will be considered for suitable roles.
* Demonstrated expertise as a Key Account Manager with a proactive approach in a B2B service industry or a similar clientfacing role within the technology sector (Preferably from ISP/Telecom). Industry Experience in Selling ILL to SMB enterprises is highly preferred
* Proven sales prowess consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
* Strong proficiency in key account management presentation delivery communication and relationshipbuilding.
* Strategic mindset with a thorough comprehension of market trends and industry advancements.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
* Strong understanding of telecom and technology products and services especially wireline and Internet Leased Line (ILL) solutions and WiFi networking
* Ability to understand and discuss technical product specifications and requirements with clients
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
* Proven ability to negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
* Strong relationshipbuilding skills to maintain and grow key client accounts.
* Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Prior experience of working on CRM is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) particularly excel handling experience is beneficial.

* Perform daily customer visits and updation of CRM Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities delivering innovative solutions that provide added value and
* contribute to the companys sales targets.
* Act as a customer contact point within the organization ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to reach winwin resolutions and enhance service delivery.
* Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts while meeting customers evolving needs.
* Stay abreast of industry trends competitors and market dynamics providing customers with valuable insights and positioning them for success.
* Collaborate with internal teams including product development and marketing to deliver seamless service and solutions to key accounts.
* Adhere to 100% CAF/ Customer Documentation and Payment collection compliance and updation.
