Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex technical projects coordinating crossfunctional teams and ensuring timely delivery of highquality solutions. As a Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecyclefrom initiation to completionwhile ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals.
This position requires a strong understanding of both project management methodologies and technical concepts. The candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) due to projectspecific security requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones deliverables and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure all project requirements are clearly understood and agreed upon.
- Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Communicate project status issues and changes effectively to all stakeholders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering solutions within the specified timelines and quality standards.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead crossfunctional teams ensuring alignment and fostering collaboration between developers engineers business analysts and other stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to facilitate their growth and ensure project success.
- Resource & Budget Management:
- Manage project budgets ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and project costs are controlled.
- Track resource utilization and make adjustments as needed to meet project requirements.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- Proactively identify project risks and issues and develop and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure proper escalation of issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
- Project Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including status reports project plans and postproject reviews.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role within a technologydriven environment.
- Proven track record of managing endtoend delivery of complex software or technology projects.
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or related field. PMP Agile or Scrum certifications are a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello MS Project).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms software architecture and web technologies is highly desirable.
- Leadership & Communication:
- Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced crossfunctional team environment.
- Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities.
- Other Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
