Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field (HR certifications a plus).
- 57 years of HR experience preferably in manufacturing or chemical industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and manufacturing safety standards.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
