Job Description

Company Overview:
We are a leading chemical manufacturing company focused on innovation quality and safety. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions and align them with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent across various departments.
  • Manage employee relations conflict resolution and engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management providing guidance on appraisals and development.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and safety knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitive offerings.
  • Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Generate HR reports and assist in workforce planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field (HR certifications a plus).
  • 57 years of HR experience preferably in manufacturing or chemical industries.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and manufacturing safety standards.
  • Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
