Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Communications Manager to lead our marketing efforts for our LED products across both B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing communications excellent project management skills and a passion for innovative lighting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies that align with business objectives for both B2B and B2C markets.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content for various platforms including websites social media email campaigns brochures and product datasheets.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Campaign Management: Plan implement and monitor multichannel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO PPC social media marketing and email marketing to engage and convert target audiences.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs market trends and competitive landscape using insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales product development and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Performance Measurement: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using data to optimize future campaigns and improve performance.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate marketing events trade shows and webinars to promote products and engage with customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing communications preferably in the B2B and B2C sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with brand management and development.
- Knowledge of the LED industry and market trends is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
