ServiceNow Technical Lead with Baseline Clearance/ NV1 SYDNEY/Canberra

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage development teams bridge technical and business needs and deliver cuttingedge solutions using ServiceNow and Microsoft platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead mentor and manage development teams to ensure timely delivery of quality results within budget using Agile methodologies.
- Technical Oversight: Act as a key technical lead across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) providing expert guidance to align business needs with technical solutions.
- ServiceNow Expertise:
- Design develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations leveraging best practices and standards across ITSM ITOM and HR modules.
- Develop and customise ServiceNow modules workflows forms and scripts to deliver tailored solutions.
- Proactively monitor system health and address issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Microsoft Technology Proficiency:
- Utilise platforms such as Office 365 SharePoint and Azure DevOps to enhance delivery capabilities.
- Communication: Distil complex technical information into plain English influencing stakeholders and ensuring clarity across teams.
- Delivery Excellence: Drive highquality outcomes in challenging environments with time constraints and competing priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications or industryrecognised certifications in Information Management Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Industryrecognised ServiceNow certifications such as:
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CISITSM)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Demonstrated knowledge of IT frameworks such as ITIL and TOGAF.
- Experience delivering largescale ICT transformation projects preferably in a Commonwealth Government setting.
- Familiarity with Commonwealth Government frameworks including ICT frameworks is highly desirable.
- Australian Citizen with active baseline or NV1 clearance. If you have baseline clearance ready to obtain NV1 clearance.
- Canberra or SYDNEY work location
