What you will be doing:
- Manage all stages of luxury residential construction projects ensuring successful delivery.
- Coordinate project timelines budgets and resources emphasizing value engineering.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance on job sites.
- Conduct contract negotiations and define project scopes.
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and team members.
- Utilize construction software (Procore Microsoft Project) for project tracking and management.
Experience you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Architecture Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of project management experience in residential woodframe construction.
- Proficiency in Procore Microsoft Project and construction management tools.
- Strong organizational problemsolving and team management skills.
