Key Responsibilities:

  • Correspondence & Document Management: Handle emails data entry and organize documents efficiently.

  • Coordination Across Teams: Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and timely task completion.

  • GMCrelated Support: Assist with documentation coordination and followups for GMCrelated tasks.

  • Invoicing Assistance: Support invoicing preparation and related administrative tasks.

  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures such as ESIC and PF creation maintaining accurate records.

  • AdHoc Tasks: Help with various operational projects and tasks as required by the team.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative or operations support role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
