Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for a Registered Nurse House Supervisor. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Fort Defiance AZ 86504
Assignment Start Date: 12/10/2024
13 weeks Varied 12hour shift 36 hours/week guaranteed
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed number of hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.Functions as a resource person for the various nursing units by maintaining hospital activities while on shift. Will openly communicate with nursing staff and managers in the Medical and Nursing Division on patient admissions or discharges. Will develop implement a staffing plan for assigned shifts based on patient acuity patient census and available staffing and the utilization of the Float RNs or patient sitters.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must have ten (10) Years of Direct RN Work Experience in the Emergency Room/MedSurg/ICU including five (5) years of critical care and five (5) Years of Leadership Experience.
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Valid and unrestricted RN License in any US State or Territory is required
- Valid American Heart Association BLS/ACLS Certification (PALS is preferred);
- TNCC and Moderate IV Sedation Certification.
EMR System: RPMS experience preferred
Shift: 12hour days or nights * Must be flexible weekends/holidays included*
Float Requirement: Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work. This could include taking a patient load if experienced and competent in that setting or could be taskoriented such as answering call lights phones etc.
Charge Rates: travelers may be asked to work charge no additional charge pay
Orientation: On Mondays only If your traveler misses the compliance deadline they will pushed to the following Monday. Business casual/scrubs are ok.
