Job Description
Integration Specialist
- Location: Austin/TX or Sunnyvale/CA
- Duration: Full Time OR 12 Months Contract
- Day 1 onsite for Austin otherwise Hybrid or Remote

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- 3 years of experience with Elite eBillingHub or similar legal ebilling platforms.
- Proven expertise in integrating ebilling systems with legal practice management or ERP software.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across IT finance and legal teams.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. SQL C#) and APIs for custom integrations.
- Experience with SaaS platforms cloudbased solutions and legal technology.
- Strong understanding of legal billing workflows and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of LEDES billing standards.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and project management platforms.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Elite eBillingHub setup configuration and maintenance.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python PowerShell or SQL.
- Experience with APIs REST/SOAP services and XML/LEDES billing formats.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g. SQL Server Oracle).
- Knowledge of legal and financial processes including billing compliance.
