Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant (UK Payroll S/4HANA)

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with specialized knowledge in UK Payroll S/4HANA and Implementation Projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing designing implementing and optimizing SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions with a focus on UK Payroll requirements. You will work on S/4HANAbased systems and support the full lifecycle of SAP HCM implementations.
Key Responsibilities: -
SAP HCM Implementation:
- Lead and support the implementation of SAP HCM modules (specifically UK Payroll) including configuration testing and deployment.
- Gather requirements design and configure solutions and perform integration tasks between HCM and other modules (e.g. Finance Time Management).

UK Payroll Expertise:
- Implement and support SAP UK Payroll including tax statutory reporting and processing payroll in compliance with UK regulations.
- Ensure UK Payrollrelated configurations are aligned with business requirements and legal/statutory guidelines.
- Provide detailed knowledge of payroll policies and address payrollrelated queries/issues.

S/4HANA Integration & Optimization:
- Work with SAP S/4HANA functionalities and ensure smooth integration between HCM and other SAP modules.
- Upgrade and optimize existing SAP HCM systems to S/4HANA environments.

Stakeholder Management:
- Interact with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the solution meets their needs.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for users postimplementation.

Project Delivery & Documentation:
- Coordinate and contribute to project planning resource management and timely delivery of SAP HCM solutions.
- Develop detailed documentation including functional specifications system configuration and process flows.

Testing & GoLive Support:
- Plan and execute system testing and validation (unit testing integration testing UAT).
- Provide golive support and postgolive support to ensure smooth transition.
Required Skills and Qualifications: - Experience: 59 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting with a focus on UK Payroll and S/4HANA implementations.
- SAP HCM Modules Expertise: Strong understanding and handson experience with core SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration Organizational Management Time Management and Payroll.
- UK Payroll Experience: Indepth knowledge of UK Payroll processing including tax laws statutory requirements and payroll reporting in SAP.
- S/4HANA Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA including migration integration and optimization of HCM modules in an S/4HANA environment.
- Project Implementation: Experience in fullcycle SAP HCM implementations from blueprinting to postgolive support.
- ProblemSolving & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with business stakeholders endusers and project teams.
Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications: SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.
- Payroll Tools: Experience with UK Payroll thirdparty integrations and tools.
- Global Payroll Exposure: Knowledge of payroll systems in other regions is a plus.
