Job Description:An established and growing Workers Compensation Defense firm in Sacramento CA is seeking a skilled Workers Compensation Attorney to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse caseload in a supportive and fastpaced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers compensation law excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage a high caseload independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of workers compensation claims from inception to resolution.
- Represent clients in trials depositions discovery and court appearances.
- Review and analyze medical records and other caserelated documentation.
- Travel to workers compensation courts in Northern California as required.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients and negotiate favorable outcomes.
- Proven experience in handling workers compensation cases including trial and negotiation expertise.
- Strong organizational written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a highvolume caseload independently.
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
- Looking for someone who can work independently and hit the ground running.
