Job Title: Relationship Manager
CTC: Up to 4 LPA
Location: Vadodara
Product Samriddhi loan( Home loan Loan Agianst Property)
Experience Minimum 1 3 years
Job Role:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products building and maintaining client relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into customers.
- Promote home loan and LAP products to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients.
- Provide endtoend support in the loan application process.
- Address customer queries and provide solutions promptly.

Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the housing finance market.
- Analyze competitors' offerings and suggest strategies for staying competitive.

Documentation & Compliance:
- Assist customers in preparing and submitting loan documents.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for seamless processing of loans.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
