Job Description

Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Mubende

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven HR Business Partner with a proven track record of over 2 years of experience in human resource management. In this role you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and departments ensuring that HR initiatives are seamlessly aligned with organizational objectives. You will play a key role in driving employee engagement fostering an inclusive culture and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the organization through innovative HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnership:

    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals challenges and HR needs.

    • Develop and implement tailored HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.

  2. Performance Management:

    • Facilitate performance management processes providing guidance to managers on frameworks and tools.

    • Address performance challenges proactively offering solutions to enhance individual and team productivity.

  3. Policy Compliance:

    • Ensure adherence to labor laws regulations and organizational policies.

    • Partner with the Head of HR to review and update policies in line with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.

  4. Employee Relations:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies procedures and workplace regulations.

    • Address employee relations matters promptly fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

  5. Diversity & Inclusion:

    • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives promoting an equitable and inclusive workplace culture.

  6. HR Analytics & Reporting:

    • Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards providing actionable insights on key HR metrics for management decisionmaking.



Requirements

What We re Looking For:

  • A proactive HR professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in preparing and presenting HR metrics and reports.

  • Passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
