About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven HR Business Partner with a proven track record of over 2 years of experience in human resource management. In this role you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and departments ensuring that HR initiatives are seamlessly aligned with organizational objectives. You will play a key role in driving employee engagement fostering an inclusive culture and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the organization through innovative HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals challenges and HR needs.
Develop and implement tailored HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.
Performance Management:
Facilitate performance management processes providing guidance to managers on frameworks and tools.
Address performance challenges proactively offering solutions to enhance individual and team productivity.
Policy Compliance:
Ensure adherence to labor laws regulations and organizational policies.
Partner with the Head of HR to review and update policies in line with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.
Employee Relations:
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies procedures and workplace regulations.
Address employee relations matters promptly fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Diversity & Inclusion:
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives promoting an equitable and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards providing actionable insights on key HR metrics for management decisionmaking.
What We re Looking For:
A proactive HR professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with experience in preparing and presenting HR metrics and reports.
Passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
