Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth within the animal feeds market.
Revenue Growth: Develop actionable plans and initiatives to increase market penetration and improve sales performance.
Team Leadership: Lead motivate and mentor the field sales team to achieve targets offering support training and coaching to ensure consistent high performance and professional growth.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering longterm partnerships.
Sales Target Achievement: Personally contribute to achieving sales goals meeting or exceeding monthly and annual targets.
Market Insights: Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify areas for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular sales reports forecasts and performance analysis to senior management using datadriven insights to inform decisions.
Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure a unified approach to sales efforts and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales management or leadership within the animal feeds or related industries.
Education: A degree or diploma in a related field.
Sales Skills: Strong ability to both strategize and sell with a demonstrated record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
Leadership: Experience managing motivating and developing a sales team fostering a highperformance culture.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the animal feeds market including trends competitors and customer needs.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and adjust approaches based on customer feedback and market changes.
