Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Recruitment Template Design:
- Develop a visually appealing userfriendly Notion template optimized for recruitment project proposals.
- Incorporate company branding relevant sections (e.g. candidate profiles timelines budgets) and features to enhance collaboration.
- Ensure the template facilitates seamless project management and data organization.
- Internal Notion Site Development:
- Build out ABLEMKR s internal Notion site including pages for project management team collaboration documentation and task tracking.
- Design and implement advanced Notion functionalities such as linked databases automations and dashboards.
- Create a visually cohesive and intuitive structure aligned with ABLEMKR s branding.
- Ongoing Maintenance and Updates:
- Regularly review and enhance the functionality structure and aesthetics of the internal Notion site.
- Adapt and update pages and templates to meet evolving team needs.
- Provide training or documentation for team members to maximize the platform s usability.
- Testing and Feedback:
- Collaborate with team members to gather feedback and refine pages and templates.
- Ensure that all designs meet practical requirements and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing Notion templates building Notion workspaces or similar project tools (portfolio required).
- Advanced proficiency in Notion including linked databases formulas automations and integrations.
- Strong understanding of project management and organizational workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition tools.
- Familiarity with construction gig economy platforms or similar industries.
Proven experience designing Notion templates, building Notion workspaces, or similar project tools (portfolio required). Advanced proficiency in Notion, including linked databases, formulas, automations, and integrations. Strong understanding of project management and organizational workflows. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition tools. Familiarity with construction, gig economy platforms, or similar industries.
