We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estate Surveyor to join our team. If you have a passion for property management real estate valuation and land administration we would love to hear from you.
Job Description:
As a Senior Estate Surveyor you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the valuation acquisition and sale of properties. You will lead the team in handling complex property portfolios and providing expert advice to clients on real estate matters. The role will involve managing relationships with clients conducting property appraisals negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Estate Surveyor with at least 57 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Indepth knowledge of property valuation real estate management and land administration.
- Strong understanding of property laws regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients stakeholders and industry professionals.
- Attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills.
Job Qualifications:
- HND/ Bachelor s/ Master s degree in Estate Management Real Estate or a related field.
- Must be a registered member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
- Relevant professional certification (e.g. MRICS) is an added advantage.
