**About the Role:As an Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for internal positions within the organization. You will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process while promoting internal career growth and aligning with the companys goals.
Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing & Screening: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.Use various sourcing channels (internal databases employee referrals and social media) to identify potential candidates.Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting based on job requirements.Internal Mobility Promotion:Encourage and support employees to explore career growth within the organization.Design and execute internal campaigns to promote job openings across departments.Recruitment Process Management:Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).Provide feedback to candidates in a timely and professional manner.Employer Branding:Act as an ambassador for the company by promoting its culture values and career development opportunities.Work with the marketing team to develop content that highlights internal success stories.Data Analysis & Reporting:Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as timetohire and costperhire.Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
**Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.Experience: 1yr3yrs#Proven experience in recruitment preferably as an internal recruiter or HR professional.#Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.Key Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Analytical mindset to assess hiring metrics and trends.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
