- To plan and execute the activities of Reservations and to ensure adherence to the standards policies and procedures of ibis.
- If required by management to plan and execute the activities of front desk to ensure adherence to the standards policies and procedures of ibis.
- Guide all Front Office personnel and ensure proper completion of all Reservations & Revenue Management duties reward and correct if required.
- Is responsible for having all the revenue management processes in place in his/her perimeter. He/she implements the GMs strategy on a daily basis updates the planning quotes the groups and alerts the GM when market deviates from the strategy
Qualifications :
BHM or Bachelors degree in equivalent filed.
1 2 years of experience in executive role or 1 year of experience in current role.
