Ensures that any goods coming to the hotel are properly ordered meeting product specification quality and price through examination of quality and quantity of products.
Maintains smooth flow of daily receiving operations coordinates with the purchasing department and monitors all pending or partial deliveries.
Prepares monthly reports and ensures that the hotel complies with corporate policies on Receiving.
Qualifications :
Graduate of a degree in Accounting or a related field is an asset.
At least one (1) year of relevant experience in receiving delivery and inventory management is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications.
In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
