About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. This role involves preparing Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) for accurate property valuation and demonstrating strong financial analysis skills particularly when working with investors
Job Description:
- Utilize software to prepare Comparative Market Analysis (CMAs) to evaluate property values.
- Proficient in financial analysis and spreadsheets especially with experience in working with investors.
- Build and manage a buyers list including researching compiling and maintaining uptodate information.
- Handle client communications via email and phone effectively and promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate property showings efficiently to optimize client experience and property exposure.
- Research real estate market trends thoroughly to provide informed insights and strategic recommendations for decisionmaking.
- Manage administrative tasks meticulously including precise data entry file organization and calendar management.
- Fill out buyer and/or seller lead sheets accurately to track potential clients.
- Conduct skip tracing to find phone numbers addresses and emails for sellers buyers leads and agents.
- Update CRMs and cloudbased storage systems like Dropbox Google Drive and similar platforms to manage client databases.
- Manage documents including compiling contracts obtaining signatures and organizing important documents.
- Oversee mailing list management for peers prospects and industry professionals.
- Provide capable support for additional responsibilities as assigned by the team demonstrating flexibility and competence.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite Follow Up Boss
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and practices
- It is highly preferred to have Follow Up Boss experience.
