The HR Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated inquiries issues and requests. This role requires excellent communication skills a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures and a dedication to providing topnotch service to all employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies benefits payroll and other HRrelated matters providing timely and accurate information.
- Issue Resolution: Assist employees in resolving HRrelated issues by investigating concerns providing solutions and escalating matters as necessary.
- Policy Guidance: Educate employees on company policies procedures and benefits ensuring compliance with HR regulations and best practices.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and inquiries ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaboration with HR Teams: Work closely with HR colleagues to streamline processes share insights and support HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for employees on HRrelated topics such as benefits enrollment performance management and employee rights.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in an HR role preferably in a serviceoriented position.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
