Job Description
The role includes designing civil site projects coordinating with clients managing stormwater design and handling permitting for residential and commercial projects. The licensed Civil Engineer will work with inhouse teams to help clients develop public and private mixeduse projects.
Responsibilities:
- Review survey data to design projects
- Plan and stick to project timelines
- Create designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Work with government agencies for permitting
- Handle other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
- 46 years of site design experience
- Tennessee PE or eligible within 6 months
- Skilled in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with site design permitting and entitlements
