Job Overview:
As the Web Development Team Lead you will play a pivotal role in leading our team of web developers to deliver highquality web solutions that exceed client expectations. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful execution of projects from conception to delivery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team of talented developers drive innovation and shape the future of our web development offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of web developers in the design development and maintenance of responsive websites web applications and digital experiences
- Define and enforce web development standards best practices and coding guidelines to ensure the quality performance and scalability of web solutions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements define project scope and develop technical solutions that meet business objectives and user needs
- Lead the design and implementation of frontend and backend architectures frameworks and technologies ensuring alignment with industry trends and best practices
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members conducting code reviews knowledgesharing sessions and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Stay current with emerging web technologies trends and best practices evaluating new tools and methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency
- Serve as a technical liaison between development teams project managers designers and stakeholders communicating technical requirements and providing updates on project progress
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- 7 years of experience in web development roles with a focus on frontend and/or backend development
- Proven 2 years of leadership experience with a track record of successfully leading and managing teams in fastpaced and dynamic environments
- Expertise in web development technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript React Angular Vue.js Node.js Python or PHP
- Deep understanding of web development concepts and principles including responsive design accessibility and performance optimization
- Experience with web development frameworks libraries and tools such as Bootstrap Sass Webpack and Git

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
