Relevant experience in change management related to transformation programs (stakeholder assessment change impact analysis organization design communication planning and execution training support and business readiness)
Develop and implement change management plans and strategies.
Conduct impact assessments to determine potential risks or opportunities of proposed changes.
Partner with stakeholders to identify and manage anticipated resistance.
Provide coaching to project teams to support successful change implementation.
Help create a positive environment to support change.
Develop and deliver change management training.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Thorough understanding of change management principles
Experience with stakeholder analysis and project management
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to effectively lead and manage change processes.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
