RCS is seeking a Technical Targeting Analyst to provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing analyzing and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. Serve as an expert in the field of allsource intelligence analysis. The TTA is expected to positively support a blended government and contractor team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.

This position requires the candidate to work onsite in Reston VA. Relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do:
Map technology ecosystems supply chains global technology standards
Identify companies and capabilities of interest
Review and exploit reporting across INTs to derive actionable leads
Collaborate with internal and external partners

Required Qualifications/Education:

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
• 6 years of experience across technical competencies such as: analysis network engineering network security vulnerability assessment technical collection penetration testing red teaming hardware engineering software reverse engineering cyber operations and/or computer exploitation
• 3 cumulative years of experience across multiple INTs
• Proven cyber and technical targeting background and use of specific tools and databases to achieve technical objectives
• Experience drafting specific types of intelligence reports and coordinating analyses across organizations
• Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues
• Solid organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• 11 years of experience across technical competencies (analysis; network engineering; network security; vulnerability assessment; technical collection; penetration testing; red teaming). 7 cumulative years with experience across multiple INTs; demonstrated knowledge of microelectronics and semiconductors; foreign language proficiency in speaking reading and/or listening.
