What you will do:
You will report into the Service Operations Manager.
- Perform the extraction formulation and manipulation of data to address business requirement.
- Interpret analysis results and documentation.
- Configure Core DA software according to specifications under guidance of Solutions / Senior Solutions analyst
- Test software against specification to ensure the product operates as specified
- Identify causes of software problems (at product or data level)
- Resolve problems escalating only after analysis and execution of welldefined tests
- Share findings with peers from your & other teams
- Communicate ideas in knowledge sharing forums
- Develop positive daily client relationship at peer level
- Attend and contribute to client meetings including presenting results conclusions and recommendations in both written and verbal form.
- Work with multiple partners within Experian to interpret requirements and data and resolve queries.
Qualifications :
What you will bring:
- IT Diploma or equivalent standard with a high numeric content
- 2 years of working experience in the field of application / customer support
- Fluent English
- Friendly attitude

- Organize and prioritize your daily tasks
- Experience business and business metrics
- Readiness to develop relationships with important partners
- Ability to adapt
- Readiness to work with remote virtual teams

- Experience of basic coding languages (Java python groovy script)
- Thirdparty software understanding will be an advantage
- Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux)
- Experienced in working on relational database management systems
- Basic understanding in different project methodologies
