Job Description

Job Title: Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: San Francisco CA or Chicago IL (Inoffice)

Salary Range: Up to $90000 per year Comprehensive Benefits

Role Overview:
As a Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will play a pivotal role in building our sales pipeline and setting the foundation for our growth. You will collaborate directly with our founders and early sales leadership to generate interest qualify leads and schedule key meetings that drive the sales process forward.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the sales development process and contribute to a fastgrowing startups trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate interest and create sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and engage potential clients through multichannel outreach.
  • Book meetings and support the sales team in advancing opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the founders and sales/marketing team to refine messaging and strategies.
  • Provide insights about prospects needs and tailor outreach to maximize engagement.

MustHave Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in sales development lead generation or business development preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Proven success in outbound sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience working in a seed or Series A startup environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage prospects across various channels.
  • Highly selfmotivated and organized with excellent time management skills.
  • A problemsolving mindset with curiosity about customers needs.

NicetoHave Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to sales professionals or familiarity with the sales enablement space.
