As a Marketing and Sales Specialist you will work closely with clients to identify sales opportunities and deliver tailored marketing strategies. Youll manage a portfolio of small business clients providing personalized recommendations based on their unique needs. Your focus will be on enhancing client experiences supporting pre and postsales efforts and sharing success stories that demonstrate our impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with new and existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via phone chat and email to identify sales opportunities and offer customized solutions
- Take a consultative sales approach to support clients in achieving their goals
- Manage a portfolio of small business clients to drive revenue growth
- Prioritize outreach based on each clients unique needs
- Research markets industries and business models to gain valuable insights
- Use local business knowledge to create tailored advertising solutions
- Provide personalized recommendations to address client needs
- Enhance client experiences by promoting effective product use and evaluating performance
- Become an expert in client advertising solutions and their impact on results
- Commit to continuous learning to improve ad products and customer experiences
- Handle preand postsales support within your area of expertise
- Identify trends resolve issues and provide valuable product feedback
- Share success stories of advertisers who have achieved growth using our products
- Utilize various tools to communicate and drive success for clients
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Czech (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- At least one year of experience in sales or marketing
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Passionate about marketing technology and online advertising
- Eager to learn and grow within the industry
